What to Expect When Expecting -- Due May 18th

"I didn't know what to expect, but I was thoroughly entertained! A very funny movie." -- Robin Cambre

"Funny and honest, I enjoyed watching it. Perfect Sunday afternoon movie to enjoy with friends and family." -- Denese Clother

"I laughed and cried - the perfect movie for a girls night out!" -- Jessica Cordero

"WTE was hilarious! I *was* Elizabeth Banks' character with my pregnancies. So glad to see a movie telling the truth!" -- Katie Zapata

"One minute I was laughing and the next I was crying. Women, bring your men to this movie -- they'll love it too." -- Jacki Garfinkel

"The movie was hilarious and still had some heart-warming moments. It’s perfect for a girl’s night out – even if you don’t have kids. Plus, what’s not to love about an all-star cast? Out of all of the women, Elizabeth Banks was a stand-out, but I have to admit that the “dudes” support group stole the show. I don’t think I would ever get tired of Chris Rock dishing out dad advice!" -- Cristina De Oliveira

"The movie had some great laugh-out-loud moments!" -- Tina Lau

"What to Expect was SO funny and touching. Laughed and smiled through the entire movie!"
-- Brianna Barzola

"As a couple who is trying to conceive, we found this movie endearing and true to life and I will recommend to all of my friends!" -- Lisa Kolodny

The Vampire Diaries Season Finale Stunner: Twists and a Turn

Nina Dobrev used the crotch of Conan O'Brien for a nationally-televised Yoga pose this week. But that move was actually NOT the most surprising development involving this actress over the past couple days!

SPOILER WARNING: Stop reading now if you have not yet watched last night's season three finale of The Vampire Diaries.

Vampire Diaries Season Finale Photo

To conclude an action-filled hour on this CW thriller, Dobrev's Elena Gilbert appeared to turn into a vampire. Viewers were told that blood from these creatures had been placed in her system by Dr. Fell and, upon being rescued from yet another bridge-related car accident, the episode concluded with a single image:

Elena, shooting up, awake... and transitioning?

We won't know for certain until September, but the season finale delivered a number of other surprises as well:

  • Bonnie cast a spell to keep Klaus alive - inside Tyler's body.
  • Elena chose Stefan over Damon.
  • Alaric died. Again. For good this time.
  • We saw, via flashback, that Elena actually met Damon prior to meeting Stefan, but was compelled to forget the interaction.
  • Elena is the most chipper morning person on the planet.

Selena Gomez Has A Fragrance!

selena1_wide.jpg
Pop star, actress, clothing designer, Justin Bieber's girlfriend and now perfumer — that's right, folks, Selena Gomez is only 19, but she's already a mini mogul. In Touch was there when the lovable star debuted her namesake first fragrance, Selena Gomez, in NYC — a labor of love she dedicates to her fans, who actually participated in creating the scent! So what was it that made the teen starlet want to delve into the celeb fragrance world? "I've always wanted to ever since Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen had their little body sprays that I was obsessed with," explains Selena. "But my fans were really my inspiration behind it... I just had to wait for the right time because I wanted to create something that could really stand on its own."

The ever-sweet star gushed over the "yummy" bottom note, made up of "coconut, chocolate and vanilla," while the fragrance's first ad campaign — which depicts Selena (and her gorgeous Maria Lucia Hohan gown) drenched in water while her sleek bottle capped with kisses sits alongside the frame — reveals a sexier side. "It's very romantic, very sensual... but it's fun and beautiful at the same time," says Selena, adding, "I wanted it to look like I was swimming in the fragrance."

Selena Gomez, the fragrance, hits Macy's stores and macys.com this month!

James Franco Explains Federline-esque 'Spring Breakers' Cornrows

'As soon as the woman in Florida put [the cornrows] in, the character was alive,' actor says of his drug-dealer role.

Despite the young actresses with Disney roots starring in Harmony Korine's "Spring Breakers," the film is far from just another teen rom-com about traipsing on the beach and falling in love with long-haired surfer boys. This movie's stars — Selena Gomez, and Ashley Benson — are seduced by a grungy rapper named Alien, played by "127 Hours" actor James Franco.

When Gomez tweeted a photo from the set, we barely recognized Franco in character. Dressed in a bright Hawaiian shirt and donning tattoos, massive sunglasses and a gold wristwatch, this isn't the scholarly, unkempt actor we're used to spying in set photos. But what stood out the most were the cornrows neatly aligned on the top of his head. When MTV News' Josh Horowitz caught up with the actor at CinemaCon 2012, he asked Franco what inspired the cornrows for "Spring Breakers."

"That's a character that Harmony and I have been talking about for over a year," Franco said. "Harmony is one of the best, kind of, researchers that I know, and we just went through a series of looks. You know, people have said, like, K-Fed or Riff-Raff, but that character really is kind of an amalgamation of a lot of different people and inspirations."

Korine's films are notoriously gritty and provocative, and "Spring Breakers" is no different. It's a big departure from Disney's "Wizards of Waverly Place" for Selena Gomez and "High School Musical" for Vanessa Hudgens. And while Ashley Benson's "Pretty Little Liars" is a tad more scandalous, the ABC Family hit series isn't nearly as graphic as "Spring Breakers" is expected to be.

The film follows four girls who rob a restaurant to fund their spring break trip. When they're bailed out by Alien, a drug and arms dealer, they find themselves seduced into plotting and helping him with a murder. Gomez recently told Interview magazine that leaving behind her stereotypical good-girl characters is what attracted her to this role. "I was getting kind of repetitive in terms of the roles I was picking, and I really wanted to do something completely different," she said. "I want to be taking myself seriously as an actress, and this was definitely a stretch. I mean, I'd never smoked a cigarette before in my entire life. It was really funny — they had to show me how to do it."

Franco — whose usual attire doesn't include cornrows — also noticed how the character came to life with the help of Korine's direction and the small details to which he paid close attention.

"I can say this: As soon as the woman in Florida put [the cornrows] in, the character was alive. We both knew. We looked in the mirror and it was like, 'Oh my, God. He's here.' "

Johnny Depp Drawn To 'Reluctant Vampire' In 'Dark Shadows'

Actor especially enjoyed placing the 'hyper-elegant figure from the late 18th century into one of the weirdest times of all time.'
By Kara Warner

Those familiar with the work of Johnny Deppare likely aware of his penchant for exploring characters who are quirky and misunderstood — so his decision to take on the role of conflicted vampire Barnabas Collins in "Dark Shadows" is not at all surprising.

The Tim Burton-directed family melodrama is an adaptation of the popular TV soap opera of the same name, which began airing in the late 1960s and interested Depp not just because he was a fan of the show and had always dreamed of playing a vampire, but because this particular vampire never wanted to be one in the first place and has to learn how to exist in the strange and curious setting of the 1970s.

"Playing a kind of reluctant vampire, in a sense, the reluctant vampire who has been locked in a box for 200 years and his misfortune to be let out in an age when things are probably at their most surreal in terms of 1972," Depp explained of why Barnabas is more interesting than your average fictional bloodsucker. "It's a very odd period. Things are changing radically; the sort of peace and love thing was over with, and we were rapidly approaching disco, so musically and aesthetically, that was the fun of it, to place this hyper-elegant figure from the late 18th century into one of the weirdest times of all time."

Depp's conflicted Barnabas is supported by an equally strange cast of characters played by Michelle Pfeiffer, Helena Bonham Carter, Chloë Moretz, Jackie Earle Haley and Jonny Lee Miller, who all relished the opportunity to camp and vamp up for a cause — not that the film is a straight comedy, by any means.

"It's a funny film for me, because I never considered it a comedy," Burton said. "I was always trying to capture the weird vibe of 'Dark Shadows,' which is a weird thing to try to capture. It was a weird daytime soap opera. ... It's not like I'm being campy with it or anything," Burton said. "The guy's been locked in a box for 200 years, and [when] he comes out ... something weird is going to happen."

Janice Dickinson: I Don't Like Anyone On ANTM And They Don't Like Me!

janice1_wide.jpg
The one and only Janice Dickinson has never shied away from airing her grievances about Tyra Banks — and she has no plans to stop! The self-proclaimed "first supermodel" recently joined the Derek and Romaine show on SiriusXM radio and shared her strong opinions about the news that the majority of America's Next Top Model judges will not be returning.

The recent star of Celebrity Rehab didn't hold back, sharing her dislike for media mogul Tyra. “She’s one selfish, greedy woman,” Janice said, adding, “She doesn’t have a creative bone in her body, so someone else is pulling the strings on this one.”

As far as the other judges not returning to the reality competition, the 57-year-old did single out modeling coach Miss J as one whom she praises and adores. But everyone else? “I don’t like any of them. Fact. And they don’t like me!”

Be sure to check out Derek and Romaine weeknights from 6-10 p.m. ET (3-7 p.m. PT) on SiriusXM OutQ 108 through your SiriusXM Radio.

Andrew Garfield & Tobey Maguire Talk "Spider-Man" for V Man

His much-awaited new movie "The Amazing Spider-Man" isset to hit theaters on July 3rd, and much-in-demand leading man Andrew Garfield piled onto promotions by taking over the cover of the June 2012 issue of V Man magazine.

The 28-year-old looks both athletic and suave in the ranging Inez & Vinoodh shot spread while interestingly being interviewed by the man who helmed the Peter Parker/Spider-Man role just prior to himself, Tobey Maguire.

Highlights from Andrew's "Spidey-On-Spidey" interview with Tobey are as follows. For more, be sure to pay a visit to V Man!

Andrew on how it has been playing Biff in 'Death of a Salesman':
"[Laughs] Of course going through this kind of release and catharsis, facing all your demons in a space of three hours every night—it can be incredibly rewarding. It's invigo- rating. It's a great challenge, a great test and opportunity. There's something very pure about it. There are no frills and there's nowhere to hide and you have to be vulnerable as hell, and you have to serve something much greater than yourself, which is this incred- ible work of art that you're trying to bring to life. It's a wonderful, lucky opportunity for any actor to have. But, yeah, the majority of the time I wake up in the morning I'm kind of confused as to why I decided to do it. [Laughs] But you have to heave yourself up!"

Andrew on the process and how he ended up being the one chosen for the much-sought after role as Spider-Man:
"It was pretty basic, apart from it being more dragged out and pressure-filled and dra- matic than any other audition process I've ever been through. They like to put you through the ringer, in the respect that it creates drama and tension among a generation of actors."

Tobey on the impact of being Spider-Man on his career/life:
"I think our thing was a little bit different because movies hadn't been doing the sort of opening-weekend business that's fairly common—even expected—today. The first Harry Potter came out about six months before us and it was this phenom- enon from Day one. it was so wild because it was a new thing at that moment—and i'm not saying that hasn't happened in movie history, but at the time that was a big jump. and then that happened with us. People didn't anticipate [2002's Spider- Man] to be like that. Leading up to it you start to get reactions and people tell you, you know, what the tracking is and what range your opening weekend box office is likely to be. but for me it was kind of unexpected. So much shifted in my life the weekend the movie came out. it was shocking."
